Trying to figure out how to help your senior dog thrive can be overwhelming
Whether you’ve tried a dozen different supplements, read countless pieces of conflicting advice online, or simply watched your dog struggle to get up in the morning and not known what to do, I know how feeling helpless and unsure how to best meet their needs can keep you from fully enjoying their golden years.
You keep thinking the next blood test you spend $300 on will give you the secret to your dog’s health, or that the next supplement you try will turn things around for them - but that doesn’t happen
You often wonder if your dog might be in pain without you knowing
You want to keep them active (we’ve all heard “use it or lose it!”) but aren’t sure what types of exercise are good for seniors
You worry they might be developing doggie dementia (canine cognitive dysfunction) but aren’t sure which signs to watch for
Your vet recommends tests, but you don’t know which ones are worth doing, and don’t want to put your dog through the stress of extra visits
You want a good handle on your dog’s quality of life, but there’s never enough time during office visits for a deep discussion about it
Vet visits are getting more frequent and expensive, and you’re not sure how much difference they’re really making to your dog’s health
Your dog’s breath could knock out a rhino, but you’re afraid to put them under anesthesia at their age
You know how important good nutrition is for seniors, but your dog is getting pickier and pickier, and you’re not sure how to even compare different food options
It feels like you’re lost in this endless loop of questioning whether you’re giving your dog everything they need to thrive.
You know you want your dog to live a long, happy life but you’re not sure how to help that happen.
You want your dog’s golden years to be the best time of their life, to reward them for the years of love and companionship they’ve given you, and you want to enjoy your time together without stress and uncertainty.
